Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a capable financial center leader to oversee market operations and client flow. The role emphasizes coaching, coaching development, and delivering high-quality customer service across shifts.

You will supervise teams, drive profitability, and coordinate with market leaders to execute initiatives while maintaining strong risk controls. Weekend hours and travel to centers are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training or motivating a work team.
  • Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.

Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance. All designated at 5% travel.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
  • Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or elevate as needed to promote customer satisfaction
  • Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
  • Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
  • Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office)
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports
  • Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Bilingual (fluent verbal and written)
