Job summary

Bank of America in Seattle seeks an experienced manager to oversee client flow and drive market-level results. You will coach teams, uphold client experience standards, and ensure profitability through disciplined operation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team

  • Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability

Managerial Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals
  • Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or elevate as needed to promote customer satisfaction
  • Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
  • Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
  • Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office)
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports
  • Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Pay and benefits information

Pay range $72,000.00 - $92,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Predictable pay This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits This role is currently benefits eligible.
