Job Responsibilities:
  1. Operate as a backup financial center leader within a market
  2. Manage client traffic, engage clients, route them appropriately, and foster client retention
  3. Manage business results through management routines and coaching
  4. Create a world-class client experience environment
  5. Manage market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders
  6. Drive operational excellence
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years leadership experience in coaching, training, or motivating a diverse team
  • Ability to influence and collaborate outside reporting lines to achieve shared goals
  • Proven customer service skills and problem resolution abilities
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including leading managers and interpreting financial reports
  • Ability to balance risk and make sound decisions
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and programs like Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and comply with requirements
  • Availability for weekends and extended hours; ability to travel within the market
Desired Qualifications:
  • 1+ years management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing
  • Experience in consumer banking, financial services, mortgage, retail, or hospitality
  • Undergraduate degree
