Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $88,600.00/yr

The Market Finance Analyst / Professional 2 collects, analyzes, and reports on various market data to connect financial outcomes with operational effectiveness.

The Market Finance Analyst / Professional 2 responsibilities include:

• Data collection and reporting
• Collaborating with Actuary, MRA, Corporate Finance, Clinical, and Market Points internally, and with Providers/Hospitals/Ancillary externally
• Driving optimization through decision-making for daily operations and strategic planning, fostering relationships with business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Residency in an Eastern Standard Time (EST) state
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL
• At least 1 year of experience using Business Intelligence tools
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent
• Healthcare industry experience

This is a remote role with occasional travel for training or meetings. Scheduled weekly hours are 40. The salary range is $65,000 - $88,600, with potential bonuses based on performance.
