We are seeking a Market Director, Business Development to support our Pacific Complex team, focusing on growth and business development within a defined territory, working remotely across WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, and NM.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage recruiting pipelines within the territory.
  2. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  3. Maintain notes and track activities related to the pipeline.
  4. Communicate the Equitable Advisor Value Proposition effectively to recruits and partners.
  5. Evaluate advisor practices for portability and compliance.
  6. Create a high-quality lead flow and maintain a multi-sourced pipeline of qualified candidates.
  7. Build and sustain partnerships between HQ and field leaders.
  8. Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape.

The base salary for this position is $150,000, with eligibility for variable compensation. Equitable offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. For details, please refer to the provided link.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in financial services or wealth management.
  • Deep understanding of advisor practice management.
  • Expert knowledge of financial products and client solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 65 registrations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
