Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Market Director to own the operation across 12–20 express carwash sites. You will manage the P&L, set standards, and lead the culture across the market to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will develop leaders, travel daily across locations, and ensure maintenance, safety, and performance metrics are consistently met. This is a full‑time leadership role with opportunities to scale as the brand grows.
You’re not managing locations. You are building a market. The Market Director role at Whistle Express is one of the highest-leverage leadership positions in the company. You will own the full operation across 12 to 20 sites - the P&L, the people, the culture, and the performance. Everything the brand promises to guests starts with the standard you set and the leaders you develop. Whistle is growing fast. New markets, new sites, new people joining every week. The Market Director is how we scale without losing what makes us different. You are not inheriting a finished operation - you are shaping one.
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk sites daily. Ability to lift 25–50 pounds if needed during site visits. Ability to work outdoors year‑round, including in varying weather conditions.
Full‑time leadership role with travel across assigned market. Requires a flexible schedule including some weekends or evenings based on business needs.
We are looking for a proven operator who leads from the front and builds people along the way. 5 or more years of multi‑unit leadership experience in car wash, retail, service, or similar field operations environments. Demonstrated success owning a P&L and driving measurable financial performance. A track record of developing leaders, not just managing them. The best operators leave their markets stronger than they found them. Strong communication and coaching skills at scale. You can hold a room of site managers accountable and still have them leave motivated. Comfortable with mechanical, industrial, or equipment‑based operations. You do not need to fix the equipment - but you need to understand what it takes to keep it running. Able to travel daily across multiple locations and work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Physically able to walk sites daily, stand for extended periods, and lift 25 to 50 pounds during site visits. When you join Whistle, you are not inheriting a finished culture. You are helping build one. The best version of this industry has yet to be built. We are building it now. If you are ready to own a market and leave it better than you found it, we want to hear from you.
Most places give you a job. Whistle gives you something to own. Just a heads-up: if we ever need your personal details for a real job offer, we’ll only ask for them safely through our official HR platform. Keep shining, and thanks for wanting to be part of our team!
We share the responsibility for creating the best experience for our customers, team members, and facilities.
