Whistle Express Car Wash in Bradfordville, FL is looking for a Site Manager who will own the site, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for people, equipment, safety, and standards to drive day-to-day performance and customer satisfaction.
You will recruit, hire, train, and coach staff, develop future leaders, manage operations and safety, and lead sales, membership growth, and KPI driven improvements.
This is your site. Run it like it matters — because it does. The Site Manager role at Whistle Express is where ownership becomes real. You are the leader of the site — the person responsible for the people, the guest experience, the equipment, the standards, and the results. You are not just keeping the wash open. You are building a team, running a business, and creating a place guests and employees want to come back to. This role sits between the Assistant Site Manager and the Market Director. You will develop the leaders below you, partner with the Market Director above you, and make sure the site performs every day — not just when someone is watching.
We are looking for a leader who treats the site like a business and the team like the reason it works. You have led teams before and know how to create accountability without losing trust. You own outcomes. Sales, labor, safety, quality, culture — you do not point at the scoreboard. You move it. You develop people. The best Site Managers build Assistant Site Managers and Shift Leads who are ready for more. You solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. Silence creates confusion. Leadership creates direction. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active, outdoor environment and willing to be present where the work happens. Prior management experience in car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or field operations preferred. A track record of ownership matters more than a specific industry. The site reflects the leader. Make it a place people notice. The best version of this industry is being built one site at a time. If you are ready to own the site, build the team, and leave the operation stronger than you found it, we want to hear from you.
If you’re ready to take the wheel and drive performance across a growing territory, we want to hear from you. We’re so glad you’re interested in joining the Whistle Express Car Wash crew! Just a heads‑up: if we ever need your personal details for a real job offer, we’ll only ask for them safely through our official HR platform. Keep shining, and thanks for wanting to be part of our team! We share the responsibility for creating the best experience for our customers, team members, and facilities.
