Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Market Development Manager to strengthen relationships with Food Service on Premise customers, grow volume, and help achieve revenue goals. You will prospect new clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract compliance while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in Customer Service, and 1+ year in Customer Sales, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume, promotional programs, and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead contract renewal process for assigned customers.
• Keep expense records and submit expense account reports on time and stay within budget goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What does a Market Development Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Base pay range is $68,690 to $90,156 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
