Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Market Development Manager in Conway, WA to strengthen our relationship with Food Service on Premise customers, grow volume, and meet revenue goals. You will prospect new customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with existing agreements.

Base pay range is $70,064 - $91,959 with bonus potential. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, HSA, and generous vacation/leave policies. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years Customer Service required.
• 1+ years Customer Sales preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Base pay range is $70,064 - $91,959 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
