Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Market Development Intern in Portage, MI. You will conduct market and competitive research for medical device service offerings, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and support market assessments and go-to-market plans.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, and Product teams while gaining exposure to leaders and real-world projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field, must remain enrolled after internship.
• GPA requirement: 3.0+ (verified at time of hire).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research related to medical device service offerings.
• Analyze customer, installed-base, and service data to identify growth opportunities.
• Support development of market assessments, business cases, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Research customer needs, industry trends, and emerging service models.
• Assist with projects focused on service contracts, preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and other lifecycle solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, and Product teams on market development initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for business stakeholders.
