Market Development Executive Manufacturing- Remote

Are you growth-minded with deep technical expertise in UI/UX, application modernization cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or intelligent edge? Do you have experience guiding clients through complex digital decisions, helping them architect, implement, manage, and secure IT solutions for their current and future technological needs? Now is the time to bring your technical expertise to a consulting Sales role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Market Development Executive with Insight, you will be the catalyst for identifying new opportunities within our existing manufacturing and mobility industry client base. We will count on you to introduce customized data solutions to approximately 20 large enterprise clients across a spectrum of industries. You will manage the sales process from the initial contact, through negotiation, to the final close. Along the way, you will leverage Insight's unique services expertise to provide everything our clients need to progress in one place: a creative vision, executional capabilities, and ongoing solutions management.

Flexibility: Tailor solutions for a wide range of cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics services to each client's needs from a variety of providers. Previous Microsoft Enterprise cloud sales experience is preferred; however, we will consider AWS, and GCP enterprise sales experience as an added benefit.

Qualifications and Responsibilities: We're seeking experienced technical and sales executives with a track record of strategizing & operationalizing technology solutions to solve critical business problems. You should also have a bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field and experience driving tech sales.

We're looking for a solutions sales specialist with:

  • Significant Consulting Services Sales Experience: You are known as a trusted advisor to clients in how to deploy solutions and have an extensive experience in the Microsoft sales ecosystem: Azure, M365, Co-Pilot, Application Modernization, UI/UX, General Data & AI and/or Security.
  • Client Engagement Skills: You share our goal to make meaningful connections each day that positively impact the lives of the people we serve, including our clients, partners, and teammates. You build strong customer relationships with executive-level decision-makers around their data, providing trusted advisory services to assist them in achieving their analytic business objectives.
  • Deep Technical Expertise: Your success in this role depends on your ability to help C-Suite & VP leaders understand where their data and AI security sit within the cloud. Your knowledge of analytics solutions and services allows you to roadmap ideas and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Growth Mindset: Your experience leading large digital transformations as a cloud services principal or consulting services specialist gives you an eye for whitespace within existing accounts. You see new opportunities for specialty solutions and services, execute technical account growth strategy in partnership with services delivery, and drive efficiency through automation and analytics.
