Market Development Executive Manufacturing – Remote

Are you growth-minded with deep technical expertise in UI/UX, application modernization, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or intelligent edge? Do you have experience guiding clients through complex digital decisions, helping them architect, implement, manage, and secure IT solutions for their current and future technological needs? Now is the time to bring your technical expertise to a consulting sales role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will help businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. As a Market Development Executive with Insight, you will identify new opportunities within our existing manufacturing and mobility industry client base. You will introduce customized data solutions to approximately 20 large enterprise clients across industries and manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation to final close. You will leverage Insight’s services to provide everything our clients need in one place: a creative vision, execution capabilities, and ongoing solutions management.

Responsibilities
  • Tailor solutions for a wide range of cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics services for diverse clients.
  • Drive and manage the sales process, including prospecting, opportunity development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Leverage Insight’s services, partnerships, and ecosystem to deliver end-to-end client outcomes.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers, align solutions to business objectives, and build a strong pipeline in the Microsoft ecosystem and other providers.
Qualifications
  • Significant consulting services sales experience with a track record of guiding clients in deploying solutions; extensive experience in Microsoft sales ecosystem (Azure, M365, Co-Pilot) and/or Security, Application Modernization, UI/UX, Data & AI.
  • Strong client engagement skills and the ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders to achieve analytic business objectives.
  • Deep technical expertise to help C-suite leaders understand data, AI, and security in the cloud; five years minimum end-to-end solution sales experience; manufacturing & mobility industry experience is preferred with relevant case studies.
  • Growth mindset with experience leading large digital transformations, identifying whitespace, and driving account growth in partnership with services delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; relevant experience in tech sales may be substituted as appropriate.
