Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with financial market data and market data operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SQL, Python, Power BI or other automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for market data operations and resolve market data-related issues.
• Participate in business-as-usual (BAU) activities while managing small to large-scale projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for development teams.
• Recommend new tools, processes, and strategies that enhance operational performance.
• Define and document new system functionality to improve daily operations.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge management best practices.
• Monitor operational risks, identify potential issues early, and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with market data users, subscribers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service and successful project delivery.
