Job summary

Nodal Exchange, the largest power futures exchange in North America, seeks a Market Data Associate or Senior Associate in Tysons Corner. The role supports the market data business across North America, developing services, products and partnerships.

Salary range is $75,000–$90,000 per year base, with a hybrid work setup in the DC metro area. Title and level depend on experience, with opportunities for growth within Strategy and related teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
• Knowledge of commodity markets and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and run daily operational procedures and monitor service performance.
• Address incoming customer support inquiries and issues with internal/external teams.
• Collaborate with market data teams in Europe during overlapping business hours.
• Relationship management with existing and prospective market data clients and partners.
• Design solutions to improve customer experience and operational excellence.
• Analyze new business opportunities and design new data products and services.
• Support strategic projects.
