Job summary

dxFeed, a subsidiary of Devexperts, seeks an applications support engineer to join our Technical Support team helping clients and internal teams troubleshoot complex issues and improve our systems.

You will provide technical support to B2B clients, troubleshoot high-load market-data systems, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and sales to deliver reliable data services across the globe.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and soft skills required for global client interactions.
• Diligence with quick response to incoming tickets, monitoring, calls and chats.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix basics and console tools.
• Basic knowledge of Java, Python, and/or C/C++ is preferred.
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS/IaaS concepts and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to B2B clients using dxFeed market-data products.
• Troubleshoot high-load market data delivery systems.
• Communicate with clients to provide guidance and integration support.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions.
• Identify root causes and propose long-term improvements.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and test plans.
• Assist with rollout of new products and services.
• Monitor system health and software behavior.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, writers, sales, legal and finance teams.
• Communicate with external market-data providers and exchanges.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing for users and teammates.
