ABOUT THE ROLE

The Market and Communications Manager, Accountable Care, is responsible for planning, developing, and executing insights-driven marketing and communication initiatives supporting the business development, operations, client success, and clinical teams for Sound’s accountable care organization (ACO). The Market and Communications Manager, Accountable Care, will partner strategically with service line leaders, business development, operations, client success, and clinical teams to identify and address targeted needs. This can include, but is not limited to, collateral and partner resource development, partner communications, creating compelling messaging, managing the reporting of campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting results to internal stakeholders.

The Details: This is a full-time, remote position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and provide copy and creative direction for marketing and partner resources content, including, but not limited to, presentations, partner communications and town halls, training and launch materials, online learning platform, one-pagers, video, etc.
  • Manage the Sound brand by developing messaging and content and ensuring consistency in the partner experience from business development to implementation and ongoing partner success and satisfaction.
  • Owner of content and user experience of Sound’s ACO Academy, an online resource platform for ACO partners
  • Support, educate, and foster engagement across all internal stakeholders on best practices for tracking, managing, and nurturing leads.
  • Internal promotion of the ACO.
  • Track, optimize, and report on key performance metrics for marketing activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare, accountable care, or agency role
SALARY RANGE

This position offers an annual salary range of $100,000- $120,000. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location.
