Job summary

ChenMed seeks an Associate Market Clinical Director to provide physician leadership across three primary care centers in the St. Louis market. You will lead within a capitated, value-based care model focused on outcomes for medically complex seniors.

Key responsibilities include overseeing three centers, driving quality outcomes, and mentoring clinical leaders, with relocation to St. Louis required. Reports to the Regional Clinical Operations Officer.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board eligible/certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active medical license or ability to obtain Missouri licensure.
• Relocation to St. Louis market required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership across three primary care centers in the St. Louis market.
• Lead within a fully capitated, value-based care model.
• Drive quality outcomes, population health, and operational performance.
• Mentor and develop physicians and clinical leaders.
• Oversee three centers within the St. Louis market.
• Report to Regional Clinical Operations Officer, Dr. German Rodriguez.
