Arizona Urology Specialists seeks a Market Chief Executive Officer to lead market strategy, clinical and financial performance, and operational excellence across the Phoenix area. You will own the P&L, drive growth, and partner with executive leadership to expand services and improve patient care.

The role requires deep healthcare leadership experience, multi-site oversight, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive healthcare leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare organizations, ideally including specialty physician practices and ambulatory facilities.

Responsabilités

• Formulate, lead, and execute the market’s strategic plan in alignment with corporate growth and clinical goals.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including geographic expansion and partnerships.
• Lead initiatives across service lines to drive growth and improve integration of acquired practices.
• Oversee market-level budgets, KPIs, and risk management to ensure financial sustainability.
• Develop and mentor market leadership to build high-performing teams and accountable operations.
