CarData, Inc. is hiring a Market Assistant Manager in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires traveling Monday through Friday to dealer locations within the market to support coverage, audits, hiring, training and dealer startups. It includes a sales component with compensation via hourly pay plus sales bonuses.

Pay structure includes $19 per hour with potential bonuses, and typical annual earnings of about $37,400 to $50,000. Gas card after 60 days and standard benefits are provided.

• Detail oriented
• Willingness to travel Mon–Fri to dealer network within market
• Comfortable with a sales component and performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities

• Must be detail oriented.
• Must hold themselves and others accountable to high standards.
• Must follow directions VERY well and not cut corners.
• Clean driving license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills; timely text responses (≤30 minutes).
• Complete lot audits as applicable.
• Assist in updating route schedules.
• Update Pipeline with necessary changes.
• Collaborate with management when covering open routes to ensure efficiency, shadow days, hiring and training new staff.
