Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Property & Casualty in a state product management, pricing or actuarial role.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Excel; programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong strategic thinking.
• Willingness to continuous learning and adapt to evolving regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Applies pricing and ratemaking principles to routine business situations and supports rate-setting activities using knowledge of product rating, underwriting, tools, reports, and dashboards.
• Performs data analysis and develops reporting tools and visualizations that identify trends and support business decisions and profitability objectives.
• Analyzes marketplace conditions, competitor actions, pricing, underwriting practices, and regulatory developments to support product and pricing decisions.
• Develops initial recommendations for product, rule, rate, or underwriting changes and supports moderately complex business requests.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support business execution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements
