Red Nucleus is seeking a Senior Analyst — Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement to join the Value & Access team in a hybrid, entry-level position with potential Senior Analyst placement based on experience. You will gain hands-on client exposure and mentorship while supporting engagements in market access, pricing and reimbursement and evidence strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, or economics.
0-2 years of experience in management/strategy or healthcare consulting.
Interest in healthcare, life sciences, market access or business strategy.
Strong research, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, adaptable and proactive problem-solving approach.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Comfort working in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

Support project teams with research, data analysis and task execution.
Conduct secondary research across healthcare policy, payer coverage, pricing, and reimbursement.
Collect, organize and synthesize literature, payer policies and clinical evidence.
Build knowledge of client organizations, markets and healthcare models.
Support primary market research including interview guides and surveys.
Take ownership of tasks with attention to detail and timely delivery.
Communicate effectively and engage in team discussions and collaboration.
Identify issues within workstreams and propose solutions.
Assist onboarding/mentorship of interns as experience grows.
