Job summary

Evidence Solutions, part of Precision Medicine Group, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our growing team in the United States. This role focuses on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and value positioning for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, with opportunities to lead research and deliver client-ready work.

You will conduct primary and secondary research, develop insights, and mentor junior staff while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Master's degree, PhD, PharmD, MPH, MBA, or other advanced degree in a scientific, healthcare, economic, or business-related field
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, market access, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed

Responsibilities

Contribute to multiple client projects across market access and commercial strategy
Conduct primary and secondary research to address client questions
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify insights
Develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and deliverables
Support strategy development and internal brainstorming
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Translate findings into actionable recommendations
Mentor junior team members and manage project workstreams
