Job summary

Meyers in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an experienced narrow-web flexo press operator to turn job specs into production reality on our Mark Andy Symjet MPS lines. You will help ensure color fidelity, clean registration, and on-time delivery across shifts.

You will monitor press performance, perform routine maintenance, document procedures, and communicate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing preferred.
• 2+ years of narrow-web flexographic press operation experience.
• Thorough understanding of narrow-web flexo workflows and press systems.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Uncompromising attention to detail and quality outcomes.
• Clear communication and team collaboration skills.

Equipment you’ll operate

Shift choices

• 4‑crew night shift: 3 days per week, 6 pm–6 am, 12‑hour shift rotating every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week. Mon/Tue/Wed for 13 weeks then Thu/Fri/Sat for 13 weeks.
• 2nd shift (4×10s): 2 pm–Midnight, Monday–Thursday.
