Job summary

Trident Seafoods, North America’s largest seafood company, seeks a Safety Compliance Specialist – Vessels & Yard to lead marine safety, occupational health, and environmental regulatory programs across our fleet and yard operations.

You will partner with operations leadership to implement safety management systems, ensure USCG/OSHA/EPA compliance, and drive risk reductions. Travel to Puget Sound, Oregon, and Alaska may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maritime safety, compliance, or environmental experience.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, environmental, and compliance programs for vessels and yard.
• Advise management on OSHA, USCG, EPA and maritime regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and corrective action planning.
• Lead regulatory inspections and audits; drive continuous improvement.
