Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace, defense, maritime, or advanced manufacturing.
- 1+ year of leading or mentoring technical staff.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide Quality Inspectors in inspections and tests to verify design specs and standards.
- Maintain records of inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to engineering and production teams.
- Lead investigations into defects and drive corrective actions across shifts.
