Qualifications

• Inspect products against QA/QMS requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure correct materials and procedures per QMS.
• Develop and maintain Test and Inspection Plan (TIP) for all assigned jobs.
• Maintain calibration of equipment within certification intervals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests per inspection instructions and drawings according to QMS.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure correct materials and procedures per QMS.
• Evaluate test results to determine acceptability and trigger rework or rejection per procedures.
• Research specs and regs to ensure work and inspections meet contract and standards.
• Develop and maintain TIP for all assigned jobs.
• Keep equipment in good working order within calibration intervals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
