Responsibilities

Reviews company records to document and verify classification, operations, locations, and ownership of each named insured.
Investigates and verifies the premium base exposures according to policy terms and procedures.
Provides a written summary of audit findings.
Ensures compliance with state regulations and company guidelines; maintains knowledge of manuals and related material.
Manages an assigned territory and schedules work effectively while meeting delinquency and timeliness requirements.
Tracks audit due dates and follows up for completion.
Directly handles disputes until resolved.
Communicates issues and findings with the team and proposes solutions.
