Job summary

The Pasha Group is seeking a Finance Manager for the West Coast Maritime division to lead financial strategy, planning, and performance. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting while partnering with operations to improve profitability and efficiency.

You’ll supervise teams, develop advanced financial models, and partner across finance, procurement, and accounting to support strategic decisions. A fast-paced environment expects strong leadership and data-driven collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience supporting billing, collections, accounting, and operational finance functions.
• Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple systems and reporting sources.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Forecasting: manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections with variance analysis.
• Drive Budgeting & Planning for the West Coast Maritime division.
• Deliver Business Insights: analyze KPIs with operations teams and drive improvements.
• Develop Financial Models: pricing analytics, profitability models, scenario analyses.
• Support Strategic Decisions: ROI analysis and sensitivity modeling.
• Enhance Reporting Capabilities: improve tools and value-added financial platforms.
• Oversee Financial Operations: billing, collections, AP, payroll, and cash management.
