Inspect mechanical, piping, and auxiliary systems during all dock evolutions; record and resolve discrepancies. Maintain configuration control and work authorization; keep documentation complete and accurate. Review/approve JHAs, work control forms, and test/inspection plans to drive first-time quality. Lead daily production touchpoints, toolbox talks, and safety briefings that keep teams aligned. Identify growth work; partner with the Dry Dock Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize and execute solutions. Engage with NAVSEA, SUPSHIP, and DoD personnel during audits, inspections, and certifications.
