Job summary

Applied Intuition seeks a Technical Program Manager in the D.C. area, with relocation option, to architect and manage complex projects for defense customers.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to implement solutions addressing customer pain points and deliver critical milestones. The role requires 3+ years of data-driven program experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience leveraging data and technical knowledge to support software programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Data engineering or Computer Science or related fields.
• Familiarity with the DoD autonomy ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience managing complex projects.
• Ability to travel to customer site (25%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for projects, track progress, and ensure milestone delivery.
• Engage customers to uncover pain points and identify additional project opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assess customer use cases and identify gaps.
• Evaluate project timings with customers and adjust resource needs accordingly.
• Lead RFQ pursuits and prepare detailed technical proposals with SMEs.
