Redwood Pacific Corp. is seeking a dedicated Crew Member in Dallas, TX, for full-time employment. You will contribute to maritime operations, assist in cargo handling, maintain shipboard equipment, and support safety and emergency procedures both on vessels and at the dock.

The role blends office- and vessel-based tasks, with opportunities for travel and hands-on experience on our fleet. The team emphasizes safety, collaboration, and professional growth in a dynamic crewing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maritime operations preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• US Coast Guard license preferred or willing to obtain one.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in loading and unloading cargo.
• Maintain shipboard equipment.
• Support vessel operations.
• Assist in safety inspections and emergency procedures.
• Perform routine onboard maintenance.
