Job summary

Blue Ops - A Red Cat Company is seeking a hands-on Content Capture & Media Specialist to capture, source, and manage photo/video content that showcases Red Cat’s systems in action. You’ll shoot on water, on ranges, on production floors, and at events, while also coordinating with external agencies and customers to deliver release-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional photography, videography, editing, and content production.
• Experience managing creative agencies, vendors, and freelancers.
• Portfolio demonstrating field capture and finished work (required).
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut).
• Proficient with professional camera systems, lenses, audio, lighting, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Field Content Capture: photograph and video Blue Ops vessels and operations in various settings.
• Edit raw footage into finished assets: hero videos, reels, short-form clips, event recaps.
• Manage external agencies, production vendors, and freelancers with briefs, budgets, and schedules.
• Create scripts, captions, lower thirds, and copy to accompany media content.
• Produce content under tight deadlines across multiple brands and channels.
