Job summary

Anduril Industries is building the next generation of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer for the maritime team. You will drive test plans, execute verification activities, and oversee subsystem integration for advanced platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in systems engineering and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, with travel to offshore test sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering, integration, and test.
• Experience generating TRRs, Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Reports.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical engineering, and software development.
• Experience in field test and operational environments.
• Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and ability to use basic test equipment.
• Experience with Linux and command line interfaces as well as software debugging.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Travel up to 10% of time (25% during key campaigns).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for development, integration, acceptance testing.
• Author and/or review detailed operational test reports documenting test steps and results.
• Participate in design reviews, requirements analysis, and system verification planning.
• Build, support and maintain a test and evaluation program meeting GOV'T standards.
• Support day-to-day test operations including pre-mission testing, launch, recovery and data analysis.
• Integrate subsystems including sensors, navigation, propulsion, comms, autonomy software, and power.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain AUVs in the field.
• Coordinate pre- and post-mission logistics for test operations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through product life cycle.
• Set up and refine operational metrics.
• Support local sea testing and offshore operations.
• Assist with demonstration tests including multi-week travel.
