Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Insurance Defense experience preferred.
• Maritime or Admiralty Law experience highly preferred.
• Federal court experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle maritime and insurance defense matters in State and Federal Courts.
• Litigate, arbitrate, and handle appellate matters as part of complex maritime practice.
• Collaborate with senior Maritime Attorneys to manage challenging dockets.
