Associate Attorney (3-5 Years) – Insurance Defense / Maritime Litigation

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 3-5 years of experience to join its litigation practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands- on litigation experience in insurance defense and maritime matters. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys while handling a variety of litigation responsibilities and developing practical courtroom and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the handling of insurance defense and maritime litigation matters


• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents


• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses


• Manage written discovery and document review


• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
