Job summary

Fluid Motion, LLC, a premier boat manufacturer, seeks a Boat Assembler in Washington to assemble hulls, decks, interiors, and marine systems by following blueprints and work orders. You will install seats, flooring, hardware, and accessories, using hand and power tools, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role runs from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely.
• Inspect finished assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boat hulls, decks, interiors, and other structural components.
• Install seats, flooring, rails, hardware, and marine accessories.
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely.
• Apply sealants, adhesives, and fasteners as required.
• Inspect finished assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report damaged materials, defective parts, or assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company procedures, production schedules, and workplace safety regulations.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
