Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marine Travel Lift and Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the movement of all vessels in the facility for haul & launch, designated work, and storage. You will operate marina equipment, including travel lifts, forklifts, hydraulic trailers, and other machinery to safely move, store, and launch boats. Additionally, you will inspect, maintain, and repair equipment as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

The entire marina team is also responsible for the upkeep and curb appeal of the facility, ensuring we meet boaters' expectations at all times. This includes performing light maintenance duties on docks, grounds, and buildings.

This position requires availability for some holiday and weekend hours.

Requirements:

• Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and hands-on with the ability to perform basic boat maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist with general marina upkeep and property maintenance.
• Experience in boat maintenance and repair is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of boat maintenance tasks and the ability to operate marine equipment.
• Travel lift/Boat forklift certification is advantageous.
