Accumar Marine seeks an experienced marine technician to diagnose and repair integrated mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, electrical, and support systems aboard power and sailing vessels. You will troubleshoot freshwater and bilge systems, service hydraulic steering, inspect engine-room components, and install pumps, valves, and fittings.
The role requires safe work aboard vessels, ability to work across Southwest Florida, and clear, accurate documentation.

Experience requirements: Relevant marine, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, or industrial service experience is expected. Depth in two or more marine-system disciplines is preferred.
Education requirements: No specific degree is required. Relevant technical training and demonstrated ability are evaluated for the role.
Working hours: Full-time, year-round work. Service operations normally run Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with individual schedules coordinated around customer vessel appointments.
Compensation: This is a W-2, premium daily-rate position. The actual rate is discussed on the first call and is based on verified experience, certifications, demonstrated diagnostic ability, and technical skill.
