Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years marine service experience or equivalent mechanical/electrical trade background.
• ABYC Technician‑level certifications preferred; company‑supported training available.
• NMEA 2000 Basic Installer credential preferred within 12 months; Advanced a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair marine propulsion and electrical systems.
• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot marine electrical networks and connected equipment.
• Support SOLAS rescue‑boat testing and related documentation.
• Conduct dock checks and sea trials; capture data and brief customers.
• Create work orders, parts lists, and time entries; maintain records.
• Operate boats safely and comply with safety regulations.
