Job summary

W.W. Williams Company is seeking a Marine Service Administrator to support the estimating process for marine service.

You will be the first point of contact for marine customers, create initial repair orders with detailed issue descriptions, and manage administrative tasks for the marine service department. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for marine customers.
• Create initial repair orders with detailed issue descriptions.
• Process payments and finalize billing for repairs.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on charge invoices and access issues.
• Maintain accurate repair orders with correct codes and serial numbers.
