Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience planning and executing research-focused events (workshops, symposia, outreach).
• Proficient with digital platforms including web development, data visualization, and Google Workspace.
• Strong coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive understanding of CMS research programs to inform planning and budgeting.
• Monitor CMS-based research and student activities; analyze trends and support progress reports.
• Develop resources and platforms for sharing CMS research with audiences.
• Coordinate with leadership and researchers to plan workshops, meetings, and outreach programs.
• Support CMS goals with short-term strategic planning and initiatives.
