Position: Sales Outfitter

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.50

Position Summary:

The Sales Outfitter performs various selling and customer service activities, including greeting customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing assistance and information to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Essential Functions:

• Support a commitment to world-class customer service.
• Demonstrate products and replenish shelves as per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about sales and pricing.
• Assist with seasonal merchandise moves and restocking.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Help customers make buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to calculate discounts and handle transactions.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Operate POS systems.

Travel Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk constantly during shifts.
• Occasionally use ladders, stairs, and lift objects up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Work in noisy environments and confined spaces as needed.
