Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Rigger to install and connect motors and accessories on boats or ATVs per factory specifications or work orders. You will rig packages, test for safe operation, and ensure accuracy according to procedures.

Responsibilities include handling electrical systems, coordinating with management and coworkers, preparing units for delivery, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to work with electrical systems and wiring on boats/ATVs.
• Excellent communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to collaborate with management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Rigs boat package per factory specifications.
• Rigs boat package as specified on work orders.
• Notifies Service Manager when issues arise with rigging.
• Maintains service schedules efficiently.
• Prepares motors or trailers for customer delivery.
• Tests unit for proper and safe operation.
• Follows work orders for parts and labor.
• Compiles warranty packages for each unit.
• Completes rigging checklist and assists with inspections.
• Installs optional equipment per customer requests.
• Maintains a clean, professional work area.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
