OptimERA inc is seeking a Sales Associate for our Dutch Harbor, AK location. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing sales, and maintaining inventory and store appearance.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling invoices, updating records, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong English communication and basic tech skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail Sales or equivalent field is recommended.
• High School diploma or GED recommended.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Basic understanding of sale principals and customer service practices.
• Safety-conscious and well-versed in electrical safety requirements.
• Basic computer/electronic skills (Email, Web Browsing, Cellular Phones, Printing and scanning).
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel, Word, Acrobat PDF is recommended.

Responsabilités

• Opening/Closing procedures; prepare store and verify POS operation and reconcile daily sales.
• Daily sales: assist customers with inventory questions, take specialized orders and process invoices.
• Inventory: maintain proper stock levels, receive stock, price inventory and distribute as directed.
• Cleaning: perform daily cleaning to maintain a sanitary and customer-friendly environment.
• Clerical: update customer information, manage promotions, create re-order lists and handle emails.
• Full-time expectations: comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
