Posillico Civil, Inc. seeks a Civil Superintendent to lead a marine-heavy construction project. You will manage crews and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget, reporting to the Division Manager.
The role requires a B.S. in civil/environmental engineering and 3–5 years of superintendent experience on large contracts; marine experience is essential, with NYS DOT familiarity preferred. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication are key assets.

Base Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 annually, commensuratewith experience
