Job summary

Pacific Shipyards International, LLC in Hawaii seeks a Project Engineer to act as the primary technical representative for projects from planning through customer turnover. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
  • 0–5 years of engineering experience; ship repair, marine, industrial, or heavy construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical representative from planning through customer turnover.
  • Collaborate with project management, production, planning, QA, estimating, procurement, and customers.
  • Develop engineering solutions and prepare work packages.
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract requirements.
