Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (B.S.).
• 2+ years of experience in related field.
• Marine construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of civil industrial/marine projects.
• Analyze plans and specifications; monitor progress and conformance to plans.
• Maintain and report project schedules, costs, and cash flow projections.
• Execute subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices; process change orders.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Coordinate, price and assist Project Manager in settlement of change orders and claims.
• Manage project correspondence files and subcontractor insurance compliance.
