Job summary

Evotti Marine in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Product Engineer to develop and manage marine products from concept to production. The role blends hands-on engineering with material expertise and cross-functional teamwork to ensure manufacturability, quality, and high performance.

You will design fiberglass components, rotomolded and soft-goods elements, and complex mechanisms for furniture and consoles, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and robust

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in prototyping, testing, or hands-on product validation.
• Proficiency with CAD software and engineering drawing standards.
• Experience in marine, automotive, or recreational product industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop fiberglass component design, development, and prototyping.
• Oversee furniture-related products including Rotomolded and soft goods.
• Design, develop, validate mechanisms and functional systems for furniture and consoles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Create and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data.
• Manage personal project schedules and deliverables.
• Prototype, test, assemble, and troubleshoot across development stages.
