Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking an experienced Marine Field Manager to oversee piping installation operations on marine vessel and shipyard projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate manpower and materials, support testing and inspections, track performance, and ensure safety and quality on every task.

The role requires 5+ years of piping installation experience, strong supervision, and proven ability to coordinate labor, materials, and client communication in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of piping installation experience.
• Marine or shipyard experience preferred.
• Crew supervision experience.
• Strong pipefitting knowledge.
• Understanding of pipe welding processes.
• Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing experience.
• Strong field problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating labor and materials.
• Basic project cost awareness.
• Comfortable with client interaction.
• Computer proficient: Word, Excel, Smartsheet.
