Alliance Mechanical Solutions, LLC is seeking skilled pipefitters to lay out, fabricate, and install marine pipe systems in the Houma shipbuilding corridor. Work alongside our pipe welders on iso/spool drawings and perform precise fit-up.

Responsibilities include laying out, cutting, threading, fabricating marine pipe systems, setting flanges/valves/hangers, and preparing joints for welders. Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident with TWIC and pass pre-employment requirements.

Formación

• Proven marine pipe fit-up with iso/spool drawing literacy.
• 5+ years shipyard or marine pipefitting experience preferred.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Valid TWIC card, or ability to obtain one for yard access.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and respirator fit test.

Responsabilidades

• Lay out, cut, thread, and fabricate marine pipe systems from iso and spool drawings.
• Set flanges, valves, and hangers and prep joints for the welders.
• Take precise measurements and adapt fit-up to shipboard conditions.
• Support pipe and structural projects across the Houma and Larose / Galliano yards.
• Work side by side with AMS pipe welders on new construction and repair.
